Hi, I'm Erica
With the right tools and support, I believe you can be where and how you want to be. I'm here to expand your toolbox and be the support you need for a healthier you.
I always knew art making had a mystically healing effect on me - I experienced it firsthand since I was a little girl. Being born in Korea and raised and educated in North America, I was able to appreciate the non-verbal ways art enabled my expression and enhanced my communication both internally and externally, and ultimately helped me bring out what I was feeling and thinking inside to the outside world. Art is a wondrous tool for awareness, acceptance, relaxation, and joy. I especially love that anyone can benefit from art therapy - yes, even if you have no experience!

"Art therapy combines the creative process and psychotherapy, facilitating self-exploration and understanding. Using imagery, colour and shape as part of this creative therapeutic process, thoughts and feelings can be expressed that would otherwise be difficult to articulate." - Canadian Art Therapy Association

Session can be provided in English and/or Korean.

The steps to how we'll work together
You don't have to go through anything alone. Let's connect here.
01
Free consultation
Complimentary 20-minute phone call to discuss your goals and concerns for therapy, and what I can do to remedy them. Once you decide to book your first session and work with me, we'll figure out a good time to meet. I will send you consent forms and remind you how we'll meet online.
02
Our first session
The very first session will include reviewing and answering any questions on the consent forms, logistics, along with an intake assessment to gain insight into for what and why you're seeking support, and develop goals to work towards. Depending on the circumstances, this important initial step may extend to more than one session.
03
Continuing sessions
Length of the therapy process depends on your goals, concerns, and treatment method. We can meet weekly, biweekly, or at a frequency that makes sense for you.
04
Termination
Ending therapy is a meaningful step to this journey - working towards it shows us that we're on the right track to the goals you've made!
So that you can feel
more like yourself,
in a way that feels good.
